Trust circle referral generates a referral agreement and does not share clients information until a referral has been accepted and signed by both agents and broker. If the referral results in a successful closing then the transfer agent, Title Company, Escrow agent or Attorney will disburse commissions at closing of transaction.

Auctions will be a future release but here is how it works. This auction is a type of English Auction that uses a candle-style format. Before the auction begins, Trust Circle Referral will announce the start time and a specific time range for when the auction will end. The auction will start with a minimum starting price, and in order to start bidding, users must place a bid that is equal to or greater than the minimum starting price.

Once the auction starts, users may place bids, and the high bid will be displayed on the Auction Details page. It's important to note that users may not withdraw their bids, so once a bid is placed, it cannot be retracted.

If a user wishes to place a new bid while a bid is outstanding, they must enter an amount that is equal to or greater than the current high bid plus the bid increment. This will ensure that the new bid is higher than the current high bid and will be the new highest bid.

The auction will remain open until the end of the specified time range, and Trust Circle Referral will use a candle auction format to prevent bid-sniping. This means that the auction will be extended if a bid is placed within a certain amount of time before the auction is set to end, to allow other bidders to counter the highest bid.

Once the auction ends, the top bidder will be notified and will need to sign an addendum indicating the winning percentage.
